About the role

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Build backend core services and solutions to enhance our digital software business backbone.
• Be part of the design of all backend systems planning and design
• Collaborate and lead backend team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What You Bring

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in Software Development and Architecture.
• Ability to understand, document and develop solutions needed for company solutions
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Experience in agile development.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in the latest version of .Net/C# frameworks.
• Experience with relational/data warehouse databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery).
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and tools like Confluence and Jira.
• Knowledge of microservices-based architectures, serverless and Object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure) and cloud-agnostic development (Docker, Kubernetes).
• API design and development for RESTful and GraphQL services.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts - CI/CD, Containerization, Test-Driven Development.
• Experience with Identity Management is a plus.
• Experience with additional languages like Python is a plus.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, React is a plus.
