As Scale AI continues its rapid rise in the Generative AI space, we’re looking for a Growth / Talent Marketer to lead talent expansion across India. This is a high-impact, multi-dimensional role sitting at the intersection of growth, talent, ops, and marketing.

Your mission: build and scale the engine that brings in thousands of high-quality contributors to train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Think fast execution, big bets, and real ownership in a market that’s evolving by the minute.

What you’ll do

• Experimenting with bold, scrappy, and high-leverage growth tactics
• Drive large-scale candidate acquisition and funnel optimization
• Build and refine growth strategies, pipelines, and conversion funnels aligned with market needs
• Own end-to-end growth operations, from idea to execution to iteration
• Share insights and progress with leadership, helping shape company-wide strategy
• Solve hard growth problems and push the boundaries of Scale AI’s presence in coding, expert and language domains

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, talent acquisition, or talent ops
• Experience in operations-heavy environments like marketplaces, on-demand platforms, logistics, or supply chain
• Strong analytical thinking with a data-first approach to decision-making
• Builder mindset with high ownership. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can run projects end-to-end
