Business Development Representative

We’ve raised $108M to build the first AI insurance carrier.

Our goal is to rebuild the $1T+ insurance industry from the ground up using AI. We're not just building a company; we're building infrastructure for the next hundred years. If you’ve built things from scratch and know what it means to move fast and own outcomes, we want you on the team.

We’re well-funded and backed by top investors, providing the resources you wish you had when building your own business. We don’t care about traditional roles or titles - just that you’re smart, proactive, and bring the same founder-level ownership and drive to help us build something massive.

What We're Looking For

We’re hiring hard workers and fast learners who want a serious career in sales. We are in-person only and full-time. The work is challenging, and the hours are long, but we make it worthwhile. New hires and people pursuing the account executive route are required to be in office 6 days a week.

What You'll Do

  • Have impeccable organizational skills and technical understanding
  • Be accountable for each account from deal-close to live billing.
  • Track every integration step and clear blockers fast.
  • Check in with customers weekly, fix issues, and spot upsells.
  • Keep CRM up-to-date with next actions and owners.
  • Grow revenue from within existing accounts.

Compensation

  • Base: $60k-$80k
  • OTE: $130k OTE
