Across affiliates, creators, publishers, communities, strategic partners and referral ecosystems, we see the potential to build a growth engine that compounds over time — one that becomes increasingly efficient, trusted and difficult to replicate.
We're looking for the person who will build it.
As Head of Partner Growth, you will own TransferGo's partnership acquisition engine, with affiliate marketing as the primary growth lever and influencer partnerships as a scalable framework executed through our local market teams.
You will sit at the intersection of Growth, Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM and Market Growth, identifying partnership opportunities, designing commercial models, building scalable systems and turning relationships into measurable business growth.
This is not a traditional affiliate role.
It is a growth role.
You won't be judged by the number of partners you sign or creators you brief.
You'll be judged by your ability to build a partner ecosystem that drives sustainable customer acquisition and compounds over time.
Your mission is simple:
You will build TransferGo's partnership acquisition engine.
This includes:
Your goal is to create a diversified portfolio of acquisition partners that generates predictable and scalable growth.
Affiliate will be your largest and most important growth lever.

TransferGo's Hub Managers own local creator relationships and execution.
