About the role As Customer Service Team Lead, you lead, inspire, and elevate our Customer Service team. You are not only the escalation point for complex customer cases but also the driver of smarter processes, better systems, and superior service delivery. Your SAP Superuser expertise makes you the go‑to partner for system improvements and data integrity within the customer service function.
