Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist About AnalytiChem AnalytiChem is a fast-growing global group supporting analytical testing laboratories across industrial, environmental, and life sciences markets. As we continue to scale through acquisitions, we are investing heavily in digital transformation , including a global SAP S/4HANA rollout to standardize and optimize our operations. The Role We are looking for an ERP Application Specialist to take ownership of a business-critical priority ERP application supporting our UK division. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role , focused on ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of the application, while working closely with our SAP Competence Center in Porto to support the future transition to SAP S/4HANA . Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end operational support of a priority ERP application Act as the primary IT contact for incidents, issues, and functional queries Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, coordinating with SAP teams and external vendors Ensure stable integrations, interfaces, and data consistency across systems Support application releases, testing, and minor enhancements Maintain and improve documentation, runbooks, and support procedures Collaborate with SAP teams to align processes and leverage best practices Contribute to SAP transition readiness , including: Knowledge transfer and documentation, Process and gap analysis, Input into SAP roadmap and migration planning What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, or related field Experience of atleast 5 years in ERP application support / application operations Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems Experience working with or alongside SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) is a strong advantage Knowledge of system integrations, interfaces, and data flows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment Fluent in English What We Offer A high-impact role supporting a mission-critical application Direct exposure to a global SAP S/4HANA transformation Collaborative environment within our SAP Competence Center in Porto Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling international organization
