About the role As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you are responsible for financial transactions such as processing incoming invoices, coding accounting documents, and correctly preparing payment runs. You are a real go-getter, work independently, are good at organizing your work and enjoy setting up something new. You have experience in managing financial processes. Key Responsibilities All administrative tasks for the branch, such as daily processing of incoming invoices (checking for accuracy, entering into the system) Coding of accounting documents and preparing payment runs Posting and processing bank statements, payment management Reconciling and resolving potential discrepancies with suppliers You will be co-responsible for providing an accurate and complete monthly periodic report (balance sheet, P&L and specifications) Supporting projects to optimize the purchase-to-pay process Your Profile MBO working and thinking level 2-5 years of experience in a similar role Accurate, organized and communicatively skilled Experience with SAP (S4 Hana) is a plus Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel; Outlook) Dutch fluent (mandatory) and English professional level You are results-oriented, decisive, and able to plan and prioritize well You are social, curious, collegial and have a hands-on mentality What we offer Competitive employment conditions and opportunities for professional development Working in a modern, growing production company A close team with short lines of communication and a lot of personal responsibility A dynamic environment with growth opportunities within an international group Travel expense reimbursement How to Apply Ready to contribute to a high-performing finance team?
