About the Role We're expanding our European team and looking for an Inside Sales Representative to strengthen customer relationships and grow our presence in the region. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with regional sales colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage strong relationships with assigned accounts across your territory Support quote follow-ups, lead generation, and regional sales strategy Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts Prepare quotes, proposals, and tailored customer presentations Respond to RFPs and follow through on won bids Contribute to business development initiatives as directed Your Profile We're looking for someone who combines scientific curiosity with commercial drive and a passion for customer success. Bachelor's degree in Sciences or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience in an industrial or scientific environment Previous inside sales experience is a strong advantage Proficient with CRM/ERP systems; data analytics skills are a plus Excellent communication skills in English (Business Proficiency) and Dutch (Native Proficiency) ; additional European languages are a strong plus Adaptable, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-growing international setting What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits A career path within a growing global organization Collaboration with diverse, international teams Learning and professional development opportunities An inclusive, supportive, science-inspired culture
